  • No Fix, No Fee Guarantee: If we can't figure out the root problem, you pay nothing. (A minor £25 diagnostic fee applies only if a hardware replacement is diagnosed.)

  • Frictionless Cancellations: Free cancellations up to 1 hour before your slot. Late cancellations or no-answers incur a small £10 fee.

  • Parts at Direct Cost: Any cables or components supplied are billed at direct cost with zero markup.
